Address Accuracy

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Issues

  • If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

Undelivered or Returned Shipments

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds for such orders will be processed only after deducting shipping and handling charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations (if applicable).
